RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Eligibility

A person who returns a purchased item within 5-7 days or someone finds the wrong item or a worn-out item or accidentally reaches for it can return the same item.

Timeframe

The person who returns the purchased goods within 7 days will be considered his goods and will be taken back.

Return Procedure

If a person wants to return his purchased item, he can go to our website and submit a complaint, that too within 7 days.

Condition of Returned Items

If you wish to return the item you purchased to us, it will be refunded only if it is unused, undamaged, or in the original packaging, as per our return or exchange policy. 

Refund Method

If any person wants to return the goods that were purchased from us, they can file a complaint with the number from which they ordered the goods or the number given on our website. You can also return your goods through that or by calling our email ID. You can also file a complaint here, and that too within 7 days.

Exclusions

Any item you purchase from us will be refunded if it is broken, shipped with the wrong item, or has any other problem within 7 days.

Customer Responsibilities

If a person wants to return any item after purchasing it, he will have to show proof of the bill. Without proof of the bill, the item will not be taken back.

Restocking Fees

If a person wants to return an item, there is no need to pay any fee to do so. We will send your purchased goods back to me for free.

Customer Support

If any person has to return any item, he can do so by contacting the same number from which the item was ordered, sending it to our email address, and filing a complaint.

Policy Updates

Our company’s policy is that changes are made after 6 months or 1 year, so please keep updating our policy from time to time so that you do not face any problems while returning the item.
